                God Bless youtube

About all I watch are old music cuts (there is stuff live going back into the 50's believe it or not) and how to fix stuff.

Found a video (8mm I am sure) not long ago including my new wife and I in Centenial Park in Nashville 1974 watching Barefoot Jerry in a free concert.
                Could not believe that!

I find all of the Superbowl halftimes boring. Of course I don't care anything about bands performing either. Still young enough to slobber over the cheerleaders.

It would be great if they at least pretended to cater to the bill payers. How about some actual instruments just once in a while. You know... a Band.

Totally agree. Don’t worry about Clint. I’ll straighten him out later.

Ursher was pretty mid, but certainly not the worst halftime show. Prince was the GOAT show, Dre and friends was good, Gaga was good, and who will ever forget the wardrobe malfunction with Justin Timberwoof and Janet Jackson?

Hank Williams Jr. would be the GOAT halftime show.

Prince will always be the GOAT. Pouring down rain, no lip synching or backing tracks.

Thanks for sharing. I was at Prince’s very last show at the Fox Theatre in ATL a week before he died. I almost didn’t go because it was the piano and a microphone show. One of the best shows of any artist I’ve ever seen. Glad I got to see him in the 80s with a band.

Yep. He really was a virtuoso artist. Saw the Purple Rain tour from about the 10th row. Incredible artistry.
