Randy has other life goals to achieve and its not about the money since he is a multimillionaire from his private investments. He wont be around much longer since he only agreed to come on board and fix the whole mess.

I have no idea what Donde has for her goals. Hopefully she will be around a long time. Her handeling of bubba gump was pure brilliance.
