Maury Wills, Dodgers star and 1962 MVP, passed away
I'm always here for baseball. We should have a separate page for us Cardinals Fans for Life.
Second to the Cardinals, I loved the 60's Dodgers with Koufax, Drysdale, Wills, Willie Davis, Tommy Davis, Junior Gilliam and our very own local Claude Osteen. Then I learned to hate the Dodgers in the 70's and beyond. During that time, the Braves moved from 3rd to 2nd on my faves list.

A little before my time, but I can understand how one would like them. I would loved to have seen Koufax pitch. For a 5 year period, he was as good as anyone ever has or ever will be.

Koufax, Drysdale, Osteen, Podres, Messersmith, Singer, Hooton, Erskine, Perranoski, Tommy John, Welch, Sutton...the Dodgers always, and I mean ALWAYS have great pitching. And, they have the third-best uniform in MLB.
