Value is low because you are not allowed to repair or replace the house when it finally falls into the ocean like that. I;m thinking the value today is pretty much zerio. A whole bunch of older house like that especially in Nags head that will be lost to the sea sooner than later. From back when you didn't have to build behind the dune line.
